James is a rare type of lawyer who a) loves what he does and b) has a commercial brain. He quickly developed a holistic understanding of our business, thinks through risks and problems in a pragmatic way, and always provides measured responses based on the task at hand. For us this has included things like contract drafting, disputes and general legal / risk related advice. 10 / 10 would recommend to any business seeking a corporate lawyer.
