I engaged Nick Timmings of Petersfields to deal with a probate/estate case which I found very confusing and daunting and the end result was one of the most outstanding services I have ever received in any field. Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout and kept me informed at every step and was absolutely outstanding and very reasonably priced.

Exceptional service during a complex administration

As a small charity who were kindly left a gift in the will of one of our supporters, we were extremely impressed by the service provided by Petersfields LLP and in particular, by Nick Timmings, who were administering the deceased's Estate. Nick made prompt contact with us upon notification of the bequest and kept us informed of progress throughout what was a very complex and lengthy administration. He was professional, courteous and helpful at all times and we are grateful for his support which made the process so much easier to navigate.

We recently got our Wills done for my partner and I. Not too complicated but had to have a trust created. Nick did it for us and despite me changing my mind several times he was absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. We initially had a meeting on Zoom and then met up in a local office where Nick explained everything in great detail and ensured we were happy with everything before we signed. Would we recommend them?…most definitely….the price was right and despite changes etc did not change and he was easy to deal with. We now refer to him at home as ‘our solicitor’ as I know he will be there for us should we need help in the future.
