We have been fortunate enough to call upon the services of Nick Timmings at Petersfields on more than one occasion.
We have been helped with powers of attorney (financial and health), wills and most recently probate.
At all times we have felt involved, listened to and well advised.
The service offered has always been professional and exhaustive. While being helped through some incredibly complicated legal and personal issues we have always felt engaged and guided (not led) to make complete and informed decisions understanding the alternatives and the likely outcomes of the actions we have selected.
We have always been fully and openly communicated with and subjects such as fees and costs have always been carefully explained and at all times agreed before action has been taken.
To date we have had nothing but the best help in each issue pursued and we would return to Petersfields and Nick on any future occasion that legal advice and / or services are required.

I was very lucky to find Dawn Kiddy at Petersfield. I was being taken to 'small claims' in relation to a very personal and distressing matter and Dawn was not only understanding but excellent with her advice and support throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent and Dawn was alsways easy and quick to reach in person. I prefer not to go into detail re the case but I could not have wished for a better lawyer at my side. I would definetely use Dawn again and do not hesitate in recommending her services. Thank you.

As a small charity who were kindly left a gift in the will of one of our supporters, we were extremely impressed by the service provided by Petersfields LLP and in particular, by Nick Timmings, who were administering the deceased's Estate. Nick made prompt contact with us upon notification of the bequest and kept us informed of progress throughout what was a very complex and lengthy administration.
