Following the death of my wife, I thought I owed it to her and her children to have a review of the circumstances leading up to her passing. Bentley was recommended by the solicitors handling her estate as they did not deal with negligence claims. When I first sat down with Gwyn I brought in a timeline of events leading up to my wife's death not knowing if there was anything untoward as I have limited understanding of how the care system in this instance should work.
