My needs were explored effectively on the telephone. The appropriate Solicitor was identified and a first appointment made in a timely fashion. The solicitor was obviously clearly briefed as my enquiry was dealt with without needless repeat of my requirements. The advice given was clear, concise and appropriate. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout. Follow up was sent by e-mail within a week. It was a totally satisfactory experience.

Just leaving a review from behalf of Haart Estate Agents from Cambridge for Claire. Honestly we had a difficult case between us , but Claire had been a stellar support pillar for our mutual clients so much that I wanted to leave a good word in for her.
