We needed a solicitor to do all of the conveyancing for our new home.
I made a list of local businesses and started to contact them.
Some never got back to me others were very over priced….. Then I rung Bowser’s Solicitors, Sarah Jane’s secretary answered unfortunately I couldn’t speak to SJ as she wasn’t available. She rang me back as soon as she could and basically we took it from there.
All of the conveyancing was done at a fast pace as we had to be moved in by a certain time point.
My husband and myself are incredibly grateful to Sarah Jane and her secretary for all of their hard work, knowledge, dedication and kindness.

This review is for conveyancing that was recently undertaken for my parent's house move. There was added pressure from all parties to meet the March 31st deadline before the Stamp duty charges increased. The work was undertaken in a professional manner by Sarah-Jane Featherstone and her assistant Susan Frammingham.
