Proximo were amazing in helping me with my claim again a company I left, they kept me updated throughout the process and told me everything I needed to do. They handle everything for you, all you need to do it read what they send you and agree and they deal with everything else. The company I worked for where I broke my fingers told me I couldnt claim against them, and when I made the call to proximo they told me they would take the case on and fortunately got me the money I was initially asking for and then more on top. My handler kept me updated throughout the time it took and she always answered my questions that I had asked. If you worried about making a claim against a company you work for currently, looking to leave or already have left... dont be, proximo really helped and got me more money than I was expecting.
