mosshaselhurst Solicitors was established in Northwich in 1906 and is one of the most respected legal practices in Cheshire. The partners in 1906 were Harold Moreton Moss and William Milling and the practice was then known as Milling & Moss. This Partnership ceased in 1917 and Harold Moss continued to practice under the name of H M Moss. In 1946, John Shand Haselhurst entered into Partnership with Harold Moss, and the Partnership become known by the name of Moss & Haselhurst. contacted Mosshaselhurst very last minute to seek some advice with an ongoing Tribunal case in order to have my paperwork looked at regarding the case to ensure all was in order.

Kerry was lovely and took some details to pass on to Gerard who was not in work that day (Friday)she said she would email him and get back to me once she had spoken with him, as this was his day off.

I never anticipated a reply so soon, but Kerry contacted me on the Monday to arrange for me to drop off my paperwork for Gerard to look over, and also arranged for me to meet with him to discuss the case the following day.

I received a great deal of information which helped me with yet more paperwork, and in making decisions that I probably wouldn’t have been able to do without his input.

I can’t thank them enough for the help I received and the promptness of arrangements made by them.

I would highly recommend Mosshaselhurst to anyone who needs advice.

First time buyers

I just want to start off by saying how fantastic Stephen has been for us during this process. As somebody who is an over thinker, I was never made to feel as though any questions was ever too small or insignificant to ask. Stephen also took the time to make sure we understood every stage and aspect of the process, leaving both myself and my partner with clear understanding of what was happening at all times and we felt fully ‘in the loop’ of where we were up to and what was going on. Also a thank you to the wider team and receptionists who always gave us a warm greeting whenever we called in and helped wherever necessary. I will be using your services again in the future!

What an absolutely amazing team Moss Law Limited has! We were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad we went with these guys. From the very first email I’ve been kept up to date, had all my queries answered promptly and had explanations about different parts of the process explained so well! As first time buyers this was all new to us but we felt so at ease.

Stephen was brilliant and takes pride in what he does and it really shows! Joanne kept us up to date too and was so friendly and welcoming via email. I never felt any question was too simple to ask and the guidance given was fantastic.

This made a known stressful process so easy and calming!

I’d recommend Moss Law over and over again! It’s been an absolute pleasure :)
