Helen Shepherd - excellent throughout

We recently engaged Stratford solicitors on a house sale and purchase.
Stratford's had been recommended to us and we were very happy with the service the provided from start to finish.
There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to get hold of your solicitor in what can be stressful transactions.
Helen was very pleasant to work with; very pragmatic and really knows her stuff. Helen always returned our calls and worked extremely well with the local estate agents.
I would highly recommend and thank you Helen for persevering with us :)

Smooth, streamlined and stress free

I appointed Helen from Stratford Solicitors in Poynton and from the start she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She's responded to all my enquiries in a timely manner and has kept me in the loop the whole way. My 1st time buying a house on my own and she has made the whole process really easy and stress free for me. From sale agreed to completion took just under 7 weeks. Would highly recommend.

Ashleigh Moran at Stratford Solicitors is highly recommended. Ashleigh was very responsive & always communicated directly & quickly. Recently sold and bought a new house using James Scowen at Stratfords and the service and professionalism received from start to finish was nothing short of exemplary.
Despite a couple of aborted house purchase transactions, nothing was ever a problem and everything was dealt with in a calm and professional manner.
Communication via phone or email was always clear, concise and efficient.
In summary, just a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Brodie Burns for her excellent attention with a recent remortgage case that she looked after for my clients. Solicitors often get an unnecessary hard time with service levels and so it's important to give credit and say thank you. Excellent Conveyancing Service

We recently used Helen Shepherd for the sale of our property and also the purchasing of our new one. We've not had the best experience in the past with Conveyancing Solicitors but Helen was excellent from day one and restored our faith. Helen was friendly and responsive, kept us up date from day one and did everything she could do ensure we completed on the requested date, all within 7 weeks. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Helen, 10/10 in all areas.
