I cannot praise my solicitor enough for the professionalism and courtesy she has shown me. I am going through a difficult time and she showed empathy and understanding. She was friendly and put me at ease immediately. I felt relaxed and she was exceptionally supportive and understanding.
She got back to me immediately with drafts but at no time did I feel pressured. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and there are no words to describe how she has helped me achieve that with her gentle, patient and calm manner.

I got in touch with Gamlins on an urgent employment matter, where I had less than 4 days to decide on the outcomes. I was quickly worked into the diary, and had two meetings with Ron and the team.
Ron assessed my position quickly, working through my questions and the information I had provided. In the second meeting we went through the resolution and completion of the agreements in place.
Ron, Ellie and the team at Gamlins were helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic, and I'm grateful for the urgency with which they dealt with my situation.

I met Jo as a trainee solicitor. Jo appeared understanding when I was at my lowest dealing with difficult emotions trying to achieve the best for me and my children after leaving my husband.
Towards the end of my journey Jo became a qualified solicitor and she remained my point of contact and very professional.

We have experienced the same issues that others have encountered when using Gamlin for property purchases: a lack of communication, unanswered emails, and unreturned phone calls. This has only made an already challenging process even more difficult. We were assured that the exchange would proceed as planned and given a specific date, but at 7:20 pm the evening before the exchange, we were informed that additional documents would be required. I strongly advise against using Gamlin as a property conveyancing solicitor for anyone in a similar situation..
