We had a semi detached property that we were selling. The first buyer suddenly pulled out after signing his contract but hadn't exchanged. Another buyer came forward but after 6 months decided he couldn't afford the property. A third buyer however did manage to buy the property after a further 7 months. Throughout this period of nearly 2 years our conveyancing executive at Hewitts was very professional, helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with. She was very supportive and knowledgeable and couldn't have helped us more.

Everyone I dealt with including reception staff, secretaries and my solicitor were always helpful, polite and professional. I found my solicitor to be friendly and approachable, dispensing reassuring advice. She was always well prepared for meetings and took the time to explain legal matters to me. She responded promptly to issues as they arose and always did what she said she was going to do.

An initial meeting was held where we requested Mrs Nesham to produce mirrored Wills for myself and my wife. The details of the Wills were discussed in depth, guidance offered by Mrs Nesham, and agreement reached on their final content.

A further meeting was held to review the wills produced, which were then signed and witnessed.

We have subsequently received copies of the wills.
