Karen & the team at Kenneth M Barrow were absolutley fantastic from start to finish. We had originally appointed them for the sale of our property & purchase of another. For reasons outside both of our control, we were unable to proceed with them for the purchase side, but continued with them on the sale side. Throughout the whole process Karen was extremely professional and efficient, to the point of recommending other solicitors who would be able to take on the purchase side of our case. I have nothing but good words to say about their work, and will definitely be keeping their details on record for any future house moves.

I recently completed a house sale and purchase and was recommended to use Jessica by the selling agents and I can see why.
I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
The sale of my property was incredibly stressful and took over 5 months to complete because of issues at the bottom of the chain particularly with the solicitors involved in that part of the chain who missed things, didn’t communicate with the rest of the chain etc all of which caused repeated delays. However my experience with Jessica was a world away from this, she was excellent throughout the process. Jessica responded to my queries extremely quickly, no email went unanswered or had to be chased and she kept me informed every step of the way. If every step of the chain had a Jessica I’m in no doubt the delays wouldn’t have happened :-)

As first-time buyers, we were overwhelmed at first, but Jessica made the process incredibly smooth. She was approachable, always reachable, and excellent at communication, keeping us informed without us needing to chase. She liaised efficiently with all parties, including our mortgage broker and estate agent, making everything easy for us. Costs were transparent from the start, and thanks to her efficiency, we completed before the stamp duty deadline. Highly recommend Jessica for a stress-free experience!

I chose Kenneth Barrow &Co on their reviews and the fact they are dog friendly! (anyone who loves dogs must be good!). This was my first house purchase on my own, the reception staff were very knowledgeable on the process and very friendly and approachable. Jess managed my purchase, she was quick to respond to emails to update me which put my mind at rest. The process took 14 weeks to complete. The fees were reasonable and overall I'm very happy with the service received
