After our initial shambles and our previous review we would like to say a big thankyou to Paul and Natalie for their understanding and proficient handling of our affairs.
What a turnaround from being a complete shambles to super efficient.

No rate deserved. We needed a simple will doing. First appt October 24 .No further communication. Contacted January when we were told they were waiting to hear from us re draught wills which we had not received ! Sent out next day .Appt made after telephone conversation re amendments.
When attended for appt to sign wills……no clue why we were there ??? Given draught amendment which again they said had been sent out……Never recieved. Further appt made for signing of wills. When arrived. Solicitor not available !!!!
Poor excuses. They had our money November 24. Now end of Jan 25 and we still have no signed wills !!!}
Discusted .Incompetant. Shambles
We will never use this firm again !!!!
Sorry for this. Do not like complaining but we are left feeling very let down !
