I had no clue who to use for the recent conveyancing of my house. I chose Howard and Over because they were local and looked professional. Having just completed, I have to say that I don’t think Rosie Plews, the conveyencing solicitor, or Matilda Hanford-Jones, her paralegal, could have worked harder on my behalf. Their drive and dedication to the task in hand was plain from the outset, and their communication and patience in the face of a few challlenged, has been faultless.
I would recommend Rosie and Matilda to anyone looking for an efficient and speedy house sale, they are outstanding and I’m a very happy customer

I didn't need much done, just a codicil to my Will, but it was done easily and no fuss. I have used Howard and Over in the past for conveyancing and mu original will and they have always been easy to deal with and helpful. (I have no idea re value for money)

From first meeting, i Was immediately put at ease. Mrs Millman took me step by step through the points relevant to my situation and explained each one clearly so i felt i had the correct knowledge to make any decisions necessary and that i was receiving the best advice. I received speedy response to each meeting by letter which set out very clearly what action was necessary by me to complete with ease. All in all, very friendly and professional.

My experience with Howard & Over

Going through a stressful time of selling our home to downsize, i had no idea who to use for our solicitors. Our local estate agent Luke Boon recommended Howard and Over and it was definitely the right move. Natalie was great, efficient and great and communicating what was going on. Would definitely use again in the future.

My partner and I are first time buyers and were recommended Howard & Over in Ivybridge. We used Danielle Soanes, who dealt with everything with professionalism and efficiency. Danielle kept us up to date at every step of the way and responded to all of our queries quickly. Danielle was transparent with us about where we were in the process and managed our expectations well. We cannot recommend Howard & Over enough!

We recently worked with Danielle at Howard and Over during our house move, and the experience was outstanding. Having dealt with other solicitors in the past, we were prepared for the usual frustrations, but Danielle completely changed our perspective.

She was incredibly efficient, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. Every query we had was answered promptly and clearly, which was a huge relief during what could have been a very stressful time. Her guidance and support were invaluable, especially given the added pressure from our sellers. Thanks to her expertise and professionalism, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
