Estelle surprised me as I’ve worked with all types of solicitors over the years and I found she has been the most professional and efficient. She targets any faults or issues quite quickly and responds on time that helped the process a lot, put me at ease that I didn’t have to keep requesting things or asking for advice, I was kept fully aware at all times, she is truly the best solicitor who knows her work and works with passion you couldn’t want or ask for more than that especially after having an accident..some of us experience trauma and other issues ie prolonged injuries etc and I appreciate Estelle truly taking quick action on sending me to all of my assessments and advising to receive the care I needed at the time she is the best it has changed my whole prospective on injury lawyers and solicitors on a whole.
