Amazing!
Thank you to Megan, Stephanie and the team for helping myself and my partner with the purchase of our first home. Despite some bumps and delays, everything went smoothly and we have since collected our keys. Being first time buyers and having little to no clue about this process, they were so patient and happy to answer any questions we had, and put up with all of our emails asking for updates. My will needed to be revised because I had given one of my beneficiarys a lump sum in anticipation of her eventual inheritance. This was dealt with by Shahidah Miah with advice given to her by Paul Moores. Shadidah is a lovely person & sorted everything out very professionally. Cannot recommend Helen, and all at M&M enough. Our house sale became quite complicated and time consuming, but Helen was helpful and responsive throughout. We dealt with many incompetent conveyancing solicitors on the buyers side, which only made us feel happier be represented by Helen.

This was my second purchase working with Anna Davey following a recommendation from my sister a few years ago and once again our transaction went through smoothly and I’m again a very happy customer. This was very far from a straightforward purchase (my fault), and we working to a very tight timeframe in order to beat the stamp duty holiday in June. Anna provided a brilliant service and I was very pleased that we got the purchase completed in time. She is/was very professional, responsive and flexible to my changing requirements, and she explained every step of the process. We even hit a huge issue with a week to go (again this was my fault), but thankfully Anna honestly did save the day thanks to her great contacts in the industry and proactive approach. I live in Essex and obviously M&M are in Bournemouth, but this is not a problem at all. I have recommended Anna to friends and family in the past and I will continue to do so. Thank you Anna!
