I am very happy with the service I received from Natasha. I was hoping for a quick completion and she absolutely delivered! I would definitely use Natasha at Jane Brooks again as she is so efficient. The other members of her team whom I spoke to or emailed were also really helpful and I always got quick responses to my queries. The price was also very reasonable and the level of customer service was excellent e.g. sending letters First Class to avoid hold-ups. Thankyou Natasha for helping me complete my purchase on time :)

Difficult to review unfortunately due to a few issues but it was a combination of both sides and a breakdown in communication. To many people involved in the process also so no continuity. But we got there in the end so that was the result I wanted. A few extra payments also that I was unaware of but again that could have been from the other side. Think it's the same for most if not all Solicitors thses days, too busy, too much going on, too many people involved.
