Jayne McCarthy and Tina Webb have built enviable reputations throughout the London and Sussex areas with private and commercial clients, with particular strengths within the residential and commercial areas of property law. Jayne was formerly President of Eastbourne Law Society and enjoys continuing to have an active role within this Society. We have a thriving Private Client Department headed by Rebecca Haywood, who specialises in Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney and is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a full accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly). Whilst the Practice has invested in state-of-the-art IT systems throughout, the emphasis will always be on direct client contact and reassuringly every telephone call is answered personally. Reception is pleasantly informal, meeting rooms are comfortable and private and we have ground floor access for those that are less mobile. I have always found McCarthy Webb extremely professional and helpful. The advice and guidance they have given me in respect to my LPAs and Will has been sound. Lately, after my wife past away they were very supportive and completed the Probate and changes to the Land Registry for my property.
