Robyn was excellent, very helpful with court application form which I would not be able to do without her, so big thank you for all your work!
Loved her aura (if there is such a thing :) ) I do have a previous experience with lawyers and some wasn’t great..
Price was reasonable too.
I would definitely recommend Robyn to anyone!!

I think the team at Kay and Pascoe managed to keep me sane through a difficult and prolonged divorce across 4.5years!!!
I was ready to agree to anything in the end but the support and pushing from them meant I (and my ex) ended up with a fair outcome.

Huge thanks to Fiona Connah at Kay & Pascoe for her expertise and patient support through my divorce.
I really appreciated having the flexibility to receive advice about the process initially, and then the legal know-how to bring all our suggested terms into a financial consent order for a judge to approve.
Fiona clearly communicated the comments from the judge, as well as our next steps to get the final version of the document signed off.
This helped minimise legal fees, yet gave us an expert to rely on.
It is great that Kay & Pascoe’s approach is always to be as non-confrontational as possible.
I feel a huge relief to have everything completed with Fiona’s help.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kay & Pascoe. Having to navigate divorce is stressful enough but Sharon guided me through, putting me at ease and explained everything sensitively. She was easy to contact and always got back to me promptly if not available at the time. Negotiating a fair financial agreement was made possible with Sharon’s help and expertise.
