Working with Kate and the team at Leeper Prosser was a joy. Kate broke down and explained all the processes and timelines in simple English and without fuss.
The work to revise and renew our Wills and Powers of Attorney applications were completed quickly, thouroughly and without hitch, a dream compared to our past experiences.

Have used this firm more than once. They’ve been competent and efficient. They are not inexpensive however but then, all conveyancing firms are hopelessly expensive for doing what is very straightforward work, much of the time.

Really disappointed. They set us back 3 month as they suddenly dropped us. They realised they can't actually deal with the way we fund our the property purchase, something that that was well known over a month ago. they allready used some of our money to do some searches but no other solicitor is willing to use this so it has cost us. I am at a loss, this is actually really stressful.

Ramin provided prompt complimentary advice on a recent house purchase which, sadly, was carried out by a fairly useless and very expensive online conveyancer recommended by Andrews estate agents. I wished I had done more extensive research beforehand and used Ramin. Fortunately, he is now acting for a friend in her transactions in a highly efficient and professional manner. If all conveyancers operated to his standards then issues and completion times would be cut dramatically.
