The legal side of accessing Lifelong Equity Release was carried out by Forever Legal. From initial contact to completion I was offered excellent service. All contacts were personable and explanations clear. Never an issue with communication. I make special mention of Fiona Davies who came to my home to finalise documents. She was so lovely and helpful. Legal implications were explained in a way I could understand - so a grateful thank you to you Fiona.

We have just completed on an Equity Release policy and have been delighted and thrilled with the way it was dealt with by the team involved.
We initially applied to a Broker firm who were helpful, professional, friendly and explained the whole process in detail and simple terms. We were then assigned to Forever Legal, Solicitors, for the finalisation and legalities. All staff were so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to talk to them and understand the completion process without any hidden extras or fees. We always knew how the application was progressing and we finally completed and gained monies which will help us so much going forward.
I cannot express in high regard, our thanks to all concerned in the application. They all worked hard for us and the timescale from beginning to end was so quick and easy.
I would highly recommend Forever Legal, Solicitors, for the speed of application with the legalities, professionalism and friendliness, making it a very pleasant process.
