The team have been pleasant and friendly throughout the process, and I appreciate their efforts. However, I believe there are areas where the service could be improved. Many firms now offer access to an online portal where clients can easily track progress at each stage of the conveyancing process. This kind of transparency would have been incredibly helpful.
At times, I felt I needed to follow up with several emails or phone calls in order to receive status updates and keep momentum going. A more proactive approach to communication, or the introduction of a client-facing tracking system, could enhance the overall experience and timeline significantly.
