Saw on social media that someone had claimed against their council for repairs taking exceptionally long time, we had been waiting 18 months for something to be done about our roof which caused more damage than necessary if they had fixed it sooner!! Made a claim and won, still waiting on the repair they have another 3 months before can claim more money for not completing in time scale
