From the moment of enquiry, Kris Pye was clear and communicated well to explain what was included in the process to buy my house (purchase only). When complications with a different house sale fell through mid way through, she was empathetic and understanding and explained the possible implications. Once things were back on track, Kris got things moving to prevent any delay. Whenever I needed to speak with her, Kris would always take the call or ring me back. No question was too silly either and it felt like a personal service.

I’ve been represented by Kris at Rothwell and Evans for some years now, everyone I’ve spoken to has always been incredibly helpful, very friendly and approachable, and respond extremely quickly. More often than not the work has been completed before I even know I need to ask for it. They are always ahead of the other solicitors, and often end up chasing me too!

Recently bought a house (first time buyer) and couldn’t recommend Kris enough. The process ran so smoothly and any queries were dealt with instantly. We didn’t really have to do anything as Kris dealt with it all. Really competitive rate too compared to other firms. Made the whole experience so much less stressful. Thank you :)
