Jemma was so kind and lovely to me, very patient going through everything with me and always keeping in touch, replying to my emails very quickly. She was very professional and made me feel very at ease as I had never experienced anything like this before. I would like to thank her very much for looking after me for the last two weeks and making it a much less stressful time then I really thought it would be.

Dan helped tremendously, although I never had a case in the end, Dan was always patient and willing to give advice and guidance until the whole situation was resolved. Never once mentioned money yet whenever I rang or emailed he always give me his time without fuss.

Rather and her team at hpjv were excellent. Rachel was exceptionally diligent and expedited the whole process expertly. I could not recommend their services more, and Rachel was excellent at meeting my needs and representing my best interests as a first time buyer. Having had to move solicitors a number of times due to poor or inadequate service, Rachel and the hpjv team were outstanding in comparison and it was a relief to have found them!
