Shocking experience
This review is for a different branch.
I have been a client with and Payne since 2003, when I bought a house with a friend under the security of Joint Tenancy.
On July 17, my friend's son coerced his mother to sever the Joint Tenancy BEHIND MY BACK AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
The solicitor never investigated the cause of this action and never contacted me. He agreed with the son who had nothing to do with the property.
When two days after my friend regretted her decision and action, this solicitor threw us both out in a very rude fashion.
A very shocking experience...
