I’ve used Kenny Solicitors a number of times over the years and cannot fault the work they do. They act in a timely and efficient manner and take the stress out of the buying or selling process. You are always kept up to date on progress and they respond to phone calls or emails really quickly. If only all solicitors were like them.

Lorna was my efficient solicitor who was seamlessly covered by both Louise & Christina during a few days off with Kathryn, Claire & team providing wrap around support resulting in the least stressful experience anyone could wish to have at such a, potentially, stressful time.

The team are down to earth, sending milestone email guidance at every turn & no question I had was ever too big or small, they were all reassuring and professional, balanced by an uplifting human touch when my sale hit rare and tricky hurdles. Many sale’s would have collapsed at this point yet the team here had me legally ready aside from this in about 4 weeks! Somehow I therefore made the stamp duty relief deadline whilst they worked all hours of the day to enable unprecedented numbers of clients to do the same.
