I used them at the start of the year and chose them based on price. As I had a second property to sell I approached them again and their quote was a fair.
The sale has just completed and the process was made easy and untraumatic by their handling of all aspects of the sale.
Munhata was my main contact and she was professional, precise and a pleasure to deal with. The sale was slightly more complex as inheritance was involved, but it was all handled smoothly without giving me any aggravation.
Highly recommend them.

I was desperately seeking legal assistance over a business and lease matter. The solictors I knew locally were too busy to return my phone calls, even begin to find out if they could help. My accountant suggested RM Legal and I was placed into Paul Brook care. The legal documentation was required to be completed within a few weeks and Paul was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me through the legal jargon and equally advised that certain parts should be removed in order to self-guard my own interests. Never before have I had a solicitor spend several hours on the phone and talk me through matters and even contact me outside office hours. He fought well for my side of the agreement and in the end the time scale got very tight, yet managed to complete the agreement on the day agreed, even though he had tons of house completions to attend to for the next day. I feel that the fixed charges made were very fair and reasonable and will certainly use RM Legal again.
