I used them at the start of the year and chose them based on price. As I had a second property to sell I approached them again and their quote was a fair.
The sale has just completed and the process was made easy and untraumatic by their handling of all aspects of the sale.
Munhata was my main contact and she was professional, precise and a pleasure to deal with. The sale was slightly more complex as inheritance was involved, but it was all handled smoothly without giving me any aggravation.
Highly recommend them.

I would not hesitate to recommend RM Legal and especially Jojar and his team. I was kept informed from the very beginning, and the whole process went very smoothly. Jess was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she was knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I understood everything, and was very quick to reply to emails .
When I come to sell my own property next year I will definitely be instructing Jojar and his team !

Cannot recommend them because it took just a bit over a week for them to do the AML and refuse to work with me simply because my income was partially from overseas.
No other explanation provided, while I could provide them an alternative with 100% UK income.
An extra star only because there was no prepayment required.

As a potential client I visited the premises recently. I like to do things the old fashioned way and know who I am dealing with. Just as I went to walk in I could hear someone screaming, yelling and shouting. I was a little scared as I thought that there was a bad person in there so it stopped me in my tracks. As I stood thinking of what to do I realised that it was not a customer I could hear, it was the sound of someone screaming at their staff. I was horrified by what I was hearing. She sounded completely out of control.
My take away from this was that I definitely wouldn’t want to have any business dealings with anyone who can talk to their own staff in such manner.
I do hope that someone from that place reads this and deals with it. It has played on my mind so much since.
