After giving bad review and seeing the expected placatory suggestion to ring why would I need to do that! You have all the evidence, I have the pain, it's obvious there isn't enough in it for you to spend time on.

I contacted DLP, having been referred by Steve Lockwood with my case. However, on further investigation they were not able to take it on. They kept me informed, replying within less than 12 hours of the enquiry being sent over with a call explaining the process and reasoning for being unable to take my case on. Written confirmation was received the same day, advising me I may wish to seek alternative avenues. All very helpful and professional throughout.

DLP have been incredibly after a long time and lots of hard work put in by so many of staff at DPL. Near the end of my case following the transfer of casework responsibility to Nick Hampson, I was hugely impressed by all aspects of his practice. He is clear thinking, efficient, timely in his endeavours. He provided clear advice, kept me fully informed throughout and achieved a reasonable settlement for me.

I contacted the dental law partnership after id had major private treatment go terribly wrong.
From initial contact to settlement i had no problems whatsoever and would definitely recommend.
Thanks to the dental law partnership I'm now able to put this dark cloud behind me and get the dental work required to rectify the damage..

This firm is dodgy and it is a big mistake I chose them. Check out the 1 star reviews on trust pilot specially from Carrie and Jonny Firth. This firm uses a dentist for independent opinions that has a claim against them and it took 4 months for them to tell client the dentist works for them. They got info from client and then told them. Also they tried to bribe another client with £500 to write a positive review and remove negative review. I would never use this firm again or recommend them to anyone.

I started off speaking with Olivia who was so reassuring and made me feel less embarrassed in what i told her. She then passed me to Rebecca McVety who was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions I asked straight away, she always kept me informed and that I'm thankful for. I've seen some negative feed back for this company and I can only assume it was because the cases wasn't taken on, this is a no win no fee company so they are only going to take the cases that they think will win. If you think you have a case then try them because you have nothing to lose, I did it and won.
Keep smashing it Rebecca! Amazing work and I will always be thankful to you x
