I was incredibly impressed by the work of Longmores and in particular Nat Young over the course of our case. Nat was always on hand to give his expert opinion and counsel through some difficult and sensitive moments and handled himself with the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy. His opinion was the clearest and most rationale in a case that included many outlandish claims from others and was integral to bringing it to an (eventual) conclusion.

The case did not pan out as planned, that we can't deny, and as a result the initial estimate of costs was way off. But it was difficult to predict what was to occur and when the facts changed, Nat was nimble and agile enough to change his views too. I'd definitely recommend to others.

The endless saga of a balcony repair ended with Longmores' help

After 4 frustrating months of "backwards and forwards" over a balcony that needed urgent repairs to make it safe, I approached Longmores who contacted the Management Company and the Maintenance Company - responsible for the needed repairs - on my behalf, which led to almost immediate results. Very accurate advice and decisive action; excellent!

Uzma helped me with the sale of my property and our next purchase. It was a difficult chain with many hurdles along the way and Uzma supported me through it. Keeping my requirements in mind, Uzma was proactive at ensuring everything in our control was completely quickly or ahead of time, and even offered 'Plan B' suggestions when things got tricky. She was able to effectively coordinate multiple parties to get this completed and her communication with me throughout the process was exceptional.

Home to Hertfordshire

Our first house was in Hertfordshire eventually leading to the present, but in the moves we also moved to a large London firm of solicitors. Now retired we have moved the battlelines back to Hertfordshire and are delighted with the help we have received from Longmores with our estate. The experience has encouraged us to move our accounts and book keeping closer to home as well and that also is proving most successful. Tired of London maybe, but not tired of Life

We instructed Longmores following referral from our industry governing body to assist with a Director's shareholder dispute. Longmores, John Wiblin in particular was informative, robust and aggressive in asserting our position resulting in a better result than anticipated. There is no doubt without their support our position and indeed settlement will have been much more onerous. Whilst expensive, the old adage 'you get what you pay for' is appropriate. My business partner and I are very satisfied to have the matter fairly settled and behind us.
