Deeply unsatisfactory
I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Delaram Ebrat from Bryan and Mercer while purchasing a property. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. At one point, I was ignored for an entire month, with no response to my calls or emails, causing unnecessary delays and leaving me uncertain about the transaction’s status.
This lack of communication affected everyone involved—both the estate agent and the seller’s solicitor also reported being ignored by Delaram when they tried to reach her. Instead of taking responsibility for the delays or her poor communication, Delaram repeatedly placed blame on the seller’s solicitors, the management company, and others involved, which felt both unprofessional and unconstructive.
I expected a much higher level of service from a firm of this reputation, especially for something as critical as property conveyancing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Delaram Ebrat or Bryan and Mercer for property transactions. Clear communication and accountability are essential in this process, and both were unfortunately lacking.
