My solicitor explained everything I needed to know about the forthcoming interview in a clear and concise manner so I felt properly prepared. Miss Patel came through once more. She presented me before the Interim Order Tribunal of General Medical Council. Some restrictions were put on my practice following allegations from my partner and Miss Patel managed to defend me against these false allegations and revoke the restrictions rightfully.

Being investigated or prosecuted can be a daunting prospect, not least because not everyone who is investigated or prosecuted has committed a crime or done what they are being accused of.
