Extremely professional and helpful with a successful outcome!!

I am delighted to review Sarah Waddington’s, a legal company who have brought a successful end to our Timeshare claim. We were so lucky to find a reliable, helpful, professional and persistent company like this who have worked diligently for us over the past 5 years. Timeshare claims are a very difficult marketplace with many companies purporting to be knowledgeable and legitimate. Thankfully we discovered Sarah Waddingtons!! They have always responded, kept in touch and updated us and we really appreciated that. I can highly recommend this company.

Reassuring

Having lost sleep following yet another phone call from a person saying I was in debt and would be pursued through the courts unless I had certain certificates I was immediately reassured by Robert Adam. His calm professional manner was what I needed. He knew exactly how I felt and gave me the reassurance of the letter I had from Diamond Resorts to be valid and legal. Thank you so much.

Barclay Partner Finance (BPF) compensation claim

BPF were the finance company used by CLC, to purchase a fractional property investment, this was to include free use of CLC 5 star resorts on a points basis. This proved to be a massive wasted money pit, with annual management fees and unavailability to get a resort we wanted to stay at. We felt we were miss sold this as an investment and after seeking advice from Sarah Waddington Solicitors we decided to make a claim for compensation on a no win, no fee basis against BPF. This was in Dec 23 and through SWS, Sarah Honeybul’s and Carol Marchant’s hard work, the Financial Ombudsman Service found in our favour and a full repayment of all past monthly loan payments paid, plus final settlement, all past management fees and 8% interest as now been repaid back as compensation. We cannot thank Sarah Waddington Solicitors enough for their successful efforts in winning this claim.
We cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent Service

After years of fighting on our behalf we have been awarded compensation from one financial institute after Sarah and her team worked with the Ombudsman following other avenues closing down. Our Fractional Ownership has been cancelled but our membership with CLC has been reinstated. Sarah and her team have assured us that they will continue to act on our behalf (at no extra cost as covered through previous payments) to rid us of the membership completely. Be prepared this is a long and arduous process. Over 5 years in total. Be patient and trust in the team.

Scam calls about Club La Costa and Wyndams

I called up Sarahs team as concerned that I had been chased several times by cold callers saying that Wyndams still had me as a CLC owner as they took over the liquidation of CLC and that they would be chasing past annual charges even though we got letters and agreements from CLC about 3 years ago saying that our timeshare was mutually cancelled.
I was advised to ignore these calls, which I will now do.
