Tinklin Springall Solicitors has been providing legal services from our Bromley office since 1983, originally by moving a department of a very long established central London firm to Bromley, as the partners lived locally. The office grew, and after a second office was opened in Beckenham, they became self-contained. The two founding partners and staff left the London partnership but retained the local offices. We are therefore not your typical high street practice, we continue to run as a London firm, based locally and still retain many of the London clients. Our work areas include all aspects of conveyancing of residential and commercial property, litigation, including dispute resolution, employment, family and matrimonial law, wills, trusts and probate. Fantastic support through a lengthy and problematic sale
I recently used Andrew to sell my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Despite the process taking six months due to numerous issues caused by my buyers, the team remained professional, understanding, and incredibly patient throughout.
They provided clear and straightforward advice at every stage, making a stressful situation much more manageable. I was particularly impressed with their prompt responses to my questions and the way they kept me informed despite the ongoing challenges.
I truly appreciate their dedication and perseverance in seeing the sale through to completion. I highly recommend Andrew and Tinklin Springall to anyone looking for reliable and supportive legal assistance with property sales.

Excellent service from Emilia at Tinklin Springall
A good friend of mine used TS to handle a house purchase and recommended I engage the to look after my recent property purchase in south-west London (completed January 2025).
Emilia Deefholts was my solicitor and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Emilia is highly knowledgable and efficient and during the entire period submitted detailed reports and clear guidance and always in a timely manner. Emilia is both the consummate professional and highly personable and her strong communication skills are a great help during what can occasionally feel an overwhelming process. I'm very grateful for the work done and would happily work with Emilia and TS again.

We used Sophie at Tinklin Springhall Bromley, for the purchase of our new home & her professionalism and efficiency along with being friendly is a great combination. It was a long process as I was buying a probate house and Sophie's attention to detail along with patience really kept us focused.
I have used The Bromley office previously in a work capacity, and this is why I chose Sophie again to help in my personal purchase as service always great.

Sophie Steppel handled our sale and purchase and was absolutely brilliant - thoroughly professional, an excellent communicator and showed meticulous attention to details. Our purchase proved unexpectedly difficult due to the behaviour of other parties further up the chain, but she gracefully and decisively handled every challenge that arose and was a great advocate for us - we felt very lucky to have her on our side. We recommend her wholeheartedly and would be more than happy to work with her again.

I contacted TS after using them in 2014 for a previous house move. Paul Miller was fantastic then, but as he was no longer with TS I was allocated Naomi Clarke and what an utter joy Naomi has been. My case wasn't particularly straightforward but Naomi took it all in her stride, was responsive and knowledgeable but most of all I felt like I was dealing with someone who really cared! I don't write reviews but the service and attention to detail that Naomi provided was absolutely amazing and I hope TS know what a superstar they have within the company. I have just exchanged on a sale and purchase and can honestly say it was money well spent. Thank you Naomi you have made myself and my daughter so very happy.
