Choosing a conveyancer is a lottery

How many times do you buy a property? Not enough to know anything about conveyancing, but it's the largest, most important part of buying that property. Sue Moore at Hardmans explained everything we needed to know, the order things were done in and kept us informed at each stage. She was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I have recently dealt with Hardmans as a Power of Attorney client for an elderly friend. From day one of agreement of sale the experience has been an extremely positive one., especially for me as acting on behalf of someone else and ensuring his every need was being covered. Catherine the solicitor and her assistant Kerry kept me up to speed the whole time with progress, in the mine-field of paperwork etc that selling a property entails.
I would 100% recommend Hardmans for their professional, reliable approach in dealing with all matters requiring the support of legal matters.
