The service I received from Cliona and the team was excellent, from the first phone call I was kept fully informed. The emails were responded to promptly and they all accomodated my needs throughout the process of my Will writing, they showeed compassion and empathy towards my sensitive situation.

My meeting with Kirsty was facilitated by utilising Teams which was excellent for a number of reasons not least as it saved several hours of driving around the M25 from Berkshire. More important was the fact that it was a brilliant connection and both Kirsty and myself had access to other computers containing our notes and files- far easier than me taking a computer to a new office and trying to connect.
Kirsty gave an excellent presentation to my daughter and myself and answered a number of detailed questions in a very professional manner. We both came away feeling confident that when the time came in the future that the plan was put into operation that we would be back to Kirsty to help us through the next stage as we would be in a very safe and knowledgeable pair of hands.

I sold a buy to let property through Whitehead Monckton and Chantal was excellent - I have no hesitation in recommending both the company and Chantal’s service. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process, Chantal was communicative, supportive and explained everything clearly, always getting back to me promptly with answers to any questions I had. I thought this was pretty impressive, especially considering we were selling at a time when everyone was scrambling to beat the hike in Stamp Duty. I have another property going to market in a couple of months and will most definitely be re-engaging Chantal’s services once again. I’ve used lots of professional services over the years and have often been disappointed at the level of service I received. Not so with this experience - it was really top notch - and actually very cost effective too.

Whitehead Monckton were allocated to us as first time buyers of a property and we felt we were in trusted hands from day one. We were given prompt updates and appreciated the patience in sometimes explaining some of the numerous bits of paperwork and legal jargon. Felt assured that the process was going smoothly and to be completed before the stamp duty changes from 1st April. Delighted with obtaining our new home and would recommend these solicitors to anyone. Particular mention to Liz Dack who had been brilliant and clearly knowledgable in what she does.
