I can't recommend homden enough. An exceptional service where they held our hand throughout the process of buying our first home. Despite us having 2 houses falling through due to bad surveys. Homden provided a consistent service throughout till our third and final purchase. Not only was there pricing fair they also didn't charge us any additional costs despite the houses falling through.

The team were always available and happy to answer any questions we had. We never felt the need to chase for updates. They also use a purchasing portal that updates on work that is completed. Aswell as weekly digests emails with progress reports so you will always be in the loop.

Additionally on our last purchase they managed to get us though in less than 2 months beating the stamp duty changes and saving us alot of money. I can't thank them enough and I recommend them highly. Our case workers joanna and sarah were perfect and I can't thank them enough for there help.
