I have nothing but praise for Kevin & Mashud who handled my move. Their patience and support was invaluable and I felt that they really had my back when there were problems within the chain. They kept me well informed at every stage and their professionalism and good humour kept me going when I felt frustrated with the lack of action from the other parties. I fully recommend their services.

I can't recommend homden enough. An exceptional service where they held our hand throughout the process of buying our first home. Despite us having 2 houses falling through due to bad surveys. Homden provided a consistent service throughout till our third and final purchase. Not only was there pricing fair they also didn't charge us any additional costs despite the houses falling through.
The team were always available and happy to answer any questions we had. We never felt the need to chase for updates. They also use a purchasing portal that updates on work that is completed. Aswell as weekly digests emails with progress reports so you will always be in the loop.
Additionally on our last purchase they managed to get us though in less than 2 months beating the stamp duty changes and saving us alot of money. I can't thank them enough and I recommend them highly. Our case workers joanna and sarah were perfect and I can't thank them enough for there help.

Friends recommended Homden to us and we have not been disappointed. Everyone we have spoken to from the initial enquiries until completion has been very friendly and professional. Kevin and Mashud dealt with all our queries and always updated us on progress and money was transferred very promptly at completion.
There was never any problem making contact whether by phone or email and the online portal was always available to view. The sale was smooth and not stressful at all. Homden were an absolute pleasure to deal with, without doubt we will use again in the future and recommend 100%
