Debt Recovery

We instructed PLC when we were struggling to obtain a refund on a deposit we put down for an event that the debtor cancelled.
We were given excellent advice, the communication was first class and we were provided with regular updates.
Judgement was given against the debtor.
Unfortunately, we have yet to recover the monies owed but with PLC's help, we have at least taken measures to warn other people of the debtor's poor creditworthiness and unacceptable behaviour.

Speedy resolution to a lengthy dispute

Martin's efficient and clear actions drove focus with the respondent and their solicitor's, forcing them to bring a 3 year old dispute to resolution within a few months. Fantastic service.

Martin helped us with the sale of 2 businesses, at very short notice, and worked to a very tight deadline. We were successful at completing the sales within the timescale requested.

Sale of historic Shares

I was initially recommended to plc.
I found Martin experienced, knowledgeable, contactable, patient and understanding and his secretarial back up was of the same inclination and delivery.
This was a matter of historic and tedious nature and he delivered a result beyond my expectation.

Claim from National Bank against me

I was in dispute with a large National bank who were pursuing me for allegedly being a guarantor for a charity loan 9 years ago which I disputed. I was then served a statutory notice for repayment of this loan and threatened with Bankruptcy which not only caused me a great deal of stress but could have resulted in me losing my job and put me into a great deal of debt.
PLCL took on my case and challenged the Bank to provide evidence to back their claim. The bank were unable to do this and have dropped their claim.
To say this is a relief is an understatement but the support I received from Martin and his team was unwavering I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you PLCL you have literally saved my life.
