Dan re-did my Will for me. I had many questions about Inheritance Tax, Children's Trusts, etc. and he dealt patiently and promptly with my questions.

Excellent service. No request was too small. Helpful, reassuring and professional.
The task of completing a Will is quite daunting but Dan Chamberlain was supportive through the whole process. Nothing was rushed which gave us time to reread a draft Will and make changes where needed.

Waste of time and money

Although very friendly and knowledgeable they just seemed to want more and more money. Totally wasted my money by prolonging my case unnecessarily. Unprofessional at times and too combative with my ex’s solicitor.

My will made easy

There are times in life when you need a professional for help . Your own life experiences and those of family and friends are not enough to equip you in making a will and in not making a mistake. So many people assured me it was a simple thing to do . To my mind that’s rubbish.
I needed professional and knowledgeable help and I was given this by my solicitor EMD LLP of Staplehurst Kent .

My own experience of EMD Law has been first class in every way! I have used them for the conveyancing of my father's apartment, the sale of my house and the purchase of another.
They are friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and at the end of the phone most of the time when you need help.
They may not be the cheapest solicitors around but you get what you pay for and I believe I had good value for money.
They are informal but professional and care about their clients so I would not hesitate to recommend their services and I shall certainly use them again.

We believe that visiting a solicitor should not be a frightening or daunting experience and we do our utmost to put our clients at ease, whilst still remaining professional in our approach to their legal problem. Clients are provided with a cost estimate at the beginning of every matter so there are no unpleasant surprises when they are invoiced. We are happy to discuss payment by instalments as we think everyone has the right to obtain good quality legal advice, but realize that it is often difficult to pay for it upfront. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, professional, and accommodating law firm in Kent and East Sussex, providing an approachable and efficient service. We can offer wheelchair access at both our Kent and East Sussex offices and home/office visits and late-night appointments for commuters upon request.
