She was really helpful and very quick at responding , this was our first experience in buying a home and she made the process really easy and explained everything we didn’t understand. Terrible, terrible service. The most incompetent solicitor I’ve ever had to deal with was Briony Haley. Not sure who qualified this woman as a solicitor. She was unresponsive in demands for answers & paperwork in my auction conveyancing. And when she responded it was piecemeal & unnecessary brief. The Lender & their solicitors had to contact me to push her to work. On day completion was to happen, lender & myself emailed her only to find out she was on holiday which delayed completion by a week. But what shocked all parties was Briony asking for source of funds on the day of completion which further delayed completion by 3 days, unbelievable! Absolutely terrible service; the worst Solicitor!! The lenders solicitors was baffled how incompetent this woman was. Briony woman was literally acting against my interest as a client. Signing documents stating she’s explained due processes, terms and conditions to me when she hadn’t. I am in the process of reporting her to the SRA. Avoid this firm at all cost, Beth

After 3 months of review and after posting countless documents out at our own cost they dropped our case, due to legislation that did not apply to the building we are purchasing. They provided little to no context & were unresponsive.
I called regularly to request updates and no one was ever available to discuss the case on the phone. Blunt emails were all we received in return.
Very unhelpful & incapable of processing even the most basic cases. Do not use!
