These guys flood social media with fake posts and are responsible for the call centres ringing you. If you are foolish enough to use them, you'll get a tiny percentage of any compensation - you are nothing but food for these bottom dwellers.

I was having difficulty with my housing association regarding outstanding jobs for the past 20 years! A family member saw the advert and passed it to myself the only work I had to do was speak with a few people who represent
Liberay, in the first instance, took a few pictures and videos of the damaged/ outstanding works. Rachel represented me and worked tirelessly to achieve the best results. Keeping me updated every step of the way not only did I end up with a new bathroom and kitchen, (because of something which started as a leak 20years previously and a relatively small job to fix) ended up costing the landlord compensation as well. I am now a very happy tenant thank you Rachel x

After years of getting on at the council, liberay legal managed to get the issues repair and I also received compensation too, I'd highly recommend this company if your struggling to get you landlord to make repairs to your property

Library legal limited are a greedy company. They had my landlord pay their legal costs of over £1,000 and I was given £400 compensation. Obviously they took a chunk out to that as well. Why say that the other side is going to be paying their legal fees when you're going to take money out of my measly £400? Pure greed

I complained for 3 years about repairs to my landlord about repairs. Liberay then took up my case & with great efficiency resolved my complaint keeping me updated at all times without the stress & worry involved. After the case was won work although not completed it has begun very professional
