Hannah/ Family Law is unexperienced and unhelpful

This review is for a different branch.

Hannah Brook is inexperienced and unhelpful. She doesn't listen or care: she likes to write lengthy letters and talking and explaining for long but she is not listening.
She is lacking certain knowledges too and instead of trying to look into it, she is telling you off if you do.
I don't feel supported and that she understands my situation like my kids are my priority. Rather adding more stress to the anyway hard situation.

I had a great experience with Holdens while selling and buying my home. He was always the first in the long chain with the information ready, he never held it up. There were small complications in the chain and he handled my constant phone calls very well
