I had a tenant who was in rent arrears and refusing to leave the property. Amin Haque dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently. Started the process off with them at the end of March 2025, Mid June 2025 the tenant left after the court ordered her to leave.

This firm gave good clear advice about how to deal with our problem. They assisted us in a speedy manner and clearly explained their rates and went out of their way to be reasonable. They were friendly and helpful and l am sure they can assist in most legal matters. They managed these matters over a long distance and their advocate in was excellent at representing our interests in court. I do not hesitate in giving them high praise and sincere thanks.

I would like to thank mohammed rahman and nurul haque for helping me through my housing disrepair claim. I am very happy with the service that i have received from mohammed rahman he has been very professional and efficient. I have had this ongoing issue with my housing association/landlord for over a year then i contacted amin haque solicitors who got this sorted out for me as soon as. I highly recommend if you are having issues with work being carried out in your house that are being delayed from your landlord.

My property is based in London and Amin Haque Solicitors provided an efficient and cost effective way to deal with eviction of my tenants. They guided me throughout the process and colleague Madiha Majid was always on point with the updates from the courts. T feels completely conned and mislead by this company.
They have exploited and took advantage of T's cognitive disabilities. They have been focussed on money and not repairs.
They told T and I quote, " dnt worry T we will get leaking sewage pipe removed from your bedroom and get you permission to build extension to make room for you and your carer, which is needed due to your most recent lung disease diagnosis.
I'm FULL TIME LIVE IN CARER for T and yesterday I had a very difficult conversation with sumone called oluwolaluma,??? to be totally honest I cud hardly understand the mans accent and he answers his phone with a very rude "hello"
Due to communications issues, they have made no reasonable adjustment to accommodate T's needs .
No duty of care applied wot so eva.
The answering attitude is awful.
Despite T engaging them to get repairs done all he told me yesterday was the following, " T will need to diplomatically ask housing to remove sewage pipe after claim.
Its disgusting behavor.
This company need to take this review as an official complaint made on behalf of TS.
Its an outrageous way to bully a very vulnerable adult.

The absolute worst. The most difficult know all, poorest communicating law firm I have ever encountered. My possession order took months and months - I got better updates from the courts than I did from the solicitors and only when I received an update from the courts they suddenly found the post or correspondence - they seem to deliberately slow down your submission pack. I had an awful experience and had to remove one of the paralegals off my case for the boss to take over who was even worse.
