I hired fletcher longstaff for a house purchase at the back of an inheritance agreement. It was a pretty lengthy affair and took about 1 year but they helped me very professionally and patiently. I did not get handed over to other solicitors, there were no lost files or misunderstandings with other staff. I just had 1 solicitor who was always responsive and completely familiar with everything and helped me close the matter as best as he could.

I was charged exactly what I was quoted at the beginning and even though it must have been objectively more work to deal with my case than with other house purchases the price stayed the same.

I have used many other solicitors before and this is the first time I am giving someone a positive review.

I will use them again for the next property I am going to sell/buy in the near future
