Will writing is a minefield!. April King made the whole process very straightforward. Prior to signing, they went through the document in great detail to ensure you were happy with it's contents.

He was able to suggest the correct clauses to include in our wills and on receipt Elise walked us through each clause to ensure everything was understood. We visited to update our wills in a face to face consultation with Catriona .
She impressed us as a confident and competent professional .
Catriona expressed herself with clarity of communication and, more importantly, in plain English.
She is very knowledgeable and informative and so we feel much relieved now we have consulted with her .
We believe her to be an excellent ambassador for the firm and we have no problem with highly recommending April King and will continue to use the firm as and whenever necessary.
It was a great pity that had to go to Nottingham to do it as their Leicester office is now closed.

Our clients are often surprised to learn that standard Wills offer little or no guarantee that their children's inheritance will not pass sideways out of the family bloodline to potential predatory third parties, such as the Local Authority or a former son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
