Initially contacted the company after a bus accident, they listened to what had happened, and decided I had a case to claim compensation, fully explaining in simple terms what the costs would be. Throughout the case time, I was kept fully aware of where we were up to with the case. they arranged for all treatment required, and an interim payment part way through the case. All correspondence was simple and easy to understand, didn't use any unnecessary legal jargon that you couldn't understand. Overall a pleasure to use and would recommend to anyone needing a legal service.

It was a great pleasure to deal with Michael Ball and have him manage our transaction. From the beginning, he understood our requirements was responsive, friendly and very professional. The whole conveyancing process was concluded in much less time than was expected. (Based on our experiences with other firms in the past). Not the greatest experience. Took over 2 years for settlement on a none fault claim. Third party admitted liability at scene . Very low compensation awarded. Feel with a more determined experienced litigator I would have received treble the amount I was awarded. Live and learn I suppose

Mike Grealis was fantastic in helping us with documents relating to our remortgage. We needed a quick turnaround and he was able to see us the same day and really took the time to understand what we needed. Great service, from the initial triage by the receptionist through to our meeting with Mike. Would highly recommend - much friendlier and approachable than other firms we initially contacted.
