Established in 2015, Satchell Moran Solicitors was founded by sister and brother, Paula Satchell and Terry Moran. Having gained over 40 years of combined experience in dealing, in the main with personal injury litigation, the duo decided to start a firm that meets with, not only the ever-changing business climate, but more importantly the ever-changing requests for legal assistance from their clients, both existing and new. In the initial stages, it was decided to integrate their business, with the changing legal climate, in tandem with the customers’ needs at the forefront. After suffering a major sewage flood in October last year in a housing assocation flat, being left without a working toilet for 30 hours, left to live with raw sewage for over 4 months, clothes, shoes, units damaged by the flood and mould. Having my life turned upside down...(nearly 7 months and the bathroom is not completed yet)....they got me £0 compensation!!!! Definitely try another solicitors that will look after you, not just the bricks and mortar!

They refuse to take or assist any legit cases against poice expect parking ticket DIY solicitors, Under the law, you publicly advertise legal services to take action against the police—yet you refuse to provide such representation. This constitutes a breach of your professional obligations. I reserve the right to formally complain to the Minister of Justice and high court bar and seek the revocation of your license for failing to perform the duties you advertise.
**In the UK, it's effectively impossible to take legal action against the police because barristers face the threat of losing their licenses. As a result, 100% of barristers refuse to handle such cases—either outright or by demanding absurdly high fees to avoid the work. Even dictatorships aren’t this authoritarian!**
**The so-called "independent" IOPC (Independent Office for Police Conduct) is a sham—it’s just the police investigating themselves. Their real purpose is to confiscate evidence of police crimes and protect officers from accountability.**

In the last 9 years I felt alone in my pleas for help when it came to my disrepair inside my property all I wanted was for me and my children to have a suitable living environment I felt like I was living a nightmare
Until I contact satchell moran solicitor I finally had people who would answer my call and listen to me
They got to work quickly
And repairs started to be done inside my home
Now I have a fully repaired property and they won my case in court
Calling them was the best decision I've ever made and I can't even express in words how grateful I am to the two solicitor's who where directed to take my case
They supported me through the whole process with an emotional supportive ear to listen to me
I never had trouble contacting them for any query I had
And they explain everything to me as it happen step by step
