I approached OWC to ask them to prepare a simple Will, as OWC have a presence on my local high street. The solicitor appointed was very friendly and helpful, providing several suggestions as to the division of estate, back-up executor and to ensure my wishes would be followed.

Made an appointment to see a solicitor to discuss making a Will . Went to see the Solicitor discussed the whole process and matters that we needed to take into consideration. Allegra Canessa was personally recommended to me following the death of my Mother.
I instructed her - in my capacity as executor - to complete & submit the necessary paperwork to HMRC, to obtain the Grant of Probate and for the conveyancing process.
Allegra was extremely personable and explained everything with clarity, care & kindness.
I was especially grateful for her efficiency: emails were always answered promptly & third parties were chased up as required.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Allegra Canessa.

Smooth process all round
