I was introduced to Anju Kholi by a friend of mine. I contacted Anju relating to my financials on my Divorce. As I had already concluded my divorce however the financial aspect of it was still pending. Anju provided me with professional guideline and the steps she was going to take to proceed with my case. I appointed Anju to act on my behalf and this was the best decision i made. Anju not only dealt with my situation professionally but also got me the positive outcome. Manisha was recommended to me by my estate agent. Selling and purchasing a property was a new experience for me but Manisha soon put me at ease. She explained the procedure clearly and kept me informed. She was very professional and always returned my phone calls if she was unavailable at the time and always replied to emails when I had queries. There were a few issues on my purchase but I was kept informed while she was waiting for clarification from others involved. She was very helpful when I wanted a particular moving date suitable for my family.
When I had to visit her office for signing papers she was happy for me to be accompanied by my daughter and answered her questions.

Manisha Gadhia is exceptional, we can’t recommend her highly enough. Her hard work and positive attitude had such a substantial impact on our lives. There is absolutely no chance our process would’ve had a successful conclusion without Manisha’s input and drive. When all hope seemed lost, on more than one occasion during our property sale, her diligence continuously reinvigorated the situation, and we recognise a lot of this was beyond the necessary remit. We are so grateful.
