Thank you so much to ABV for a successful appeal on my driving offence 18mnts down to 10mnts.
Special thx to Claire Hewitt Who organised everything and was very factual and to the point and also to Amber who was the barrister in court for me .. Good Job done i’m a very happy client.

I have been trying to contact one of the solicitors from ABV, Mr Ahmed, since 22 July. I have been calling every other day, and I also visited their Hayes office once, but I was not seen and only left my contact details at reception.

Since 22 July, I have phoned them regularly and sent around 10 emails asking to speak with Mr Ahmed, but I have never received a reply to any of my emails. When I call, the reception says that Mr Ahmed is busy, on another call, in court, or will call me back later the same day, the next day, or when he has time. However, from 22 July until today, 13 August, he still has not found the time to contact me.

This is very poor service. I do not recommend this firm.

Fergus is a an absolute legend. I came to him with serious robbery charges hanging over my head, and he handled the case with such confidence and precision that I felt like I’d stepped into an episode of suits. He’s basically the Harvey spectre of the real world - minus the TV drama, plus the actual results. Thanks to his expertise, my charges were dropped completely. If you want a lawyer who knows the law inside - out, fights tooth and nail for you, and still keeps things calm and collected, Fergus is your guy. 10/10 would recommend.

After the home raiding and arrest of my son and his girlfriend I was very anxious and unsure of what to do but was referred to Fergus Harrington of ABV solicitors.
Fergus was very helpful and quick to get to the police station to help them out and kept me updated at every opportunity he got.
The charges of supply of class A and B drugs, money laundering, possession of an offensive weapon and assault on an emergency worker were given and both were unfortunately put on remand due to the severity of crimes and quantity of drugs that was on their person/property.
Fergus got to work very quickly and we had one out on bail/electronic monitor in no time and the other with a guilty plea to remain in the remand ctr until the trial date by his own choice.
Fergus worked tirelessly with our family and the defendants and was always there to help answer any questions and give us the support that was needed.
By the time trial came, Fergus and his team along with the barrister had advised us of the possible outcomes and convictions that they may receive which was anywhere up to 7 years.
Fergus worked tirelessly along with the barrister and got one defendant acquitted of all charges and the other (my son) done everything he was advised to do by Fergus and after 10.5 months of being on remand the sentencing was finally done with as no trial was needed in the end and so now only has another month to serve and with Fergus’ help should be released on electronic monitor any day now.
I can not express how much Fergus made this terrible and distressing time for the defendants and us family members as easy as possible with the help to understand the very complex and complicated legal system and will forever be grateful to him and his team at ABV for helping us.
We had the best outcomes possible for the severity of the charges and I wholeheartedly believe that if it were not for him and the support he provided we would not have had the same outcome that we did.
I thank you Fergus and ABV, and to anyone reading this I would 100% advise you to use the firm in any legal matters you need.
