I cannot recommend Fergus Harrington enough, I changed from another solicitor at a different law firm to Fergus and the difference was astounding. Fergus thinks outside the box, fresh and dynamic. I was kept up to date throughout, had everything explained to me in a concise professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate Fergus’s hard work and commitment. I was recently helped by Furgus Harrington in a near 2 year wait for a trail due to back log from Covid, Furgus pushed everything forward made things happen much quicker.
My case had many technicalities and it was all a first to me, Furgus every step of the way reassured me and made sense of everything. He managed to get me a fantastic result and everything was cleared without even going to court.

I had the misfortune to use the services of these Solicitors in the last 6 months. Unfortunately the advice was not forthcoming and communication was very poor. In the end I decided to discontinue with their services and represent myself which paid off much better. I would never use them again. Very bad experience when I did needed their help.

Im so so thankful for ABV solicitors to come and help me in my time of need when Police arrest me at work after I finshed my night shift. My brother never passed me my inheritance money after my mums dead. I was charges with mallicius communication. After 8 months of stress and all the hell Surrey Police put me threw Mr Hussian when he went threw my case notes as they were preparing for my trail wrote and spoke to CPS and the case was dismissed.
