I was feeling truly despair after receiving a prosecution letter, I found Shella online and from our very first video consultation, she was extremely professional and immediately understood the truth of my situation.
Shella wrote a mitigation letter that addressed every aspect of my personal circumstances, so much so that I was moved to tears when I read it myself.

Negative Experience
What began as a promising engagement quickly turned into a highly unprofessional experience. After paying the requested fee for an initial consultation and scheduling a call for the following day, we received no communication whatsoever. The solicitor failed to call at the agreed time, and the payment was later refunded—again, without any explanation or follow-up. The complete lack of courtesy or accountability left us extremely disappointed and questioning the reliability of the service.
